Who runs it, and what is not published

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited runs Cascades Casino Langley. It is one of eight casinos in this guide that Gateway runs: four in Metro Vancouver and four in the Thompson-Okanagan. Gateway's other Metro Vancouver casinos in this guide are Grand Villa Casino Burnaby, Starlight Casino New Westminster and Cascades Casino Delta.

In British Columbia, BCLC conducts and manages casino gambling, and private service providers run the casinos. On this site, "runs" means the company that operates a casino. The word "owns" is used where an owner or a sale is published, and nowhere else.

No owner and no sale is published for Cascades Casino Langley, so this page names no owner. Since January 2025, four casinos in this guide have passed to First Nations ownership, and two more are under agreements of sale. Langley is not one of the six. No change of operator at Langley is published for 2024 to 2026.
